I already have insurance for my business, how can I provide proof of insurance to YAY! Markets?
If you already have insurance for your business, the first thing you must do is ask your insurance provider to add the following as additionally insured:
- Arts 10566 Inc. – 1 South Division St. Peekskill NY 10566
- Fred Camino Creative LLC – 235 Ringgold St. Peekskill, NY 10566
- POME florals – 6 Shinnecock Ct. Cortlandt Manor NY, 10567
Then please send your proof of insurance or any certificates that apply to your business to yayvendors@gmail.com.
I don't have insurance! How can I get covered for YAY! Markets?
If you do not currently have insurance check out ACT INSURANCE for low-cost weekend or yearly options.
We have special coupon codes for our vendors too:
- art5 – This gets $5 off a Show Policy (weekend)
- art10 – This gets $10 off an Annual Policy (yearly)

What if the market is canceled due to inclement weather, even at the last minute?
While we strive to hold our craft markets as scheduled, we understand the Hudson Valley weather can be unpredictable.
- We will make every effort to hold the market even during light rain showers.
- In the case of severe weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds, that may put our vendors and visitor’s safety at risk, we may need to cancel the event.
Rain Dates
- We will try our best to secure a rain date for canceled events. However, due to venue availability, this may not always be possible
- There is no rain date for HOLIYAY! 2024
Refunds/Credits
- Unfortunately, refunds and/or credits will not be offered or considered in the event of a market cancellation due to severe weather. There will be no exceptions.
We understand the importance of planning your participation in our market. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to weather cancellations. As organizers, we invest significant time and resources securing the venue, promoting the event, and ensuring a smooth experience for all. Cancellations due to unforeseen weather would jeopardize our ability to recoup these costs and could potentially hinder our ability to organize future markets for you, our valued vendors.
For vendors concerned about this policy, we encourage you to discuss business-loss insurance with your insurance provider.
