Terms

1. Consignor (Your Business) will receive 60% of the item selling price
2. Consignee (YAY! Markets) will receive 40% of the item selling price and is acting as an authorized seller’s agent
3. Consignee (YAY! Markets) shall be responsible for covering transaction fees, if applicable 
4. Consignment period is 5/11/24 for Mother’s YAY! Market 
5. Any unsold items will be returned to Consignor (Your Business) by Consignee (YAY! Markets) within 72 hrs
